Treatment Approach

Each person's journey is unique and therefore individualized therapy is key. I utilize a holistic approach and incorporate different therapeutic treatment techniques that are based on the needs of the person and the reason they have chosen to enter into therapy. Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Interpersonal and Positive Psychology.

Insurance

I am a Medicare provider and an out of network provider with all other insurances. If you have an insurance plan that you would like to use in order to supplement the cost of your psychotherapy, I will be happy to verify your insurance benefits prior to our first session. Most PPO plans allow for out-of-network providers and I can submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf.
